An emergency power supply must work whenever it's needed. That's why Valtra generators are manufactured with high-quality components and solutions that have proven their worth many times over the years. You have the highest demands for quality. And so do we. For decades, we've been involved in developing industrial products and meeting the requirements of our customers. We know what's expected of us. Our products have been tested to meet the requirements of the cold Arctic as well as the heat of Africa. All engines are checked carefully before assembly and all functions of our generators are tested before being shipped to the customer.

All Valtra generators are available with the same operating modes and functions. Customers can choose between different configurations from manual operation to automatic emergency power supply. 

Manually operated generators are designed especially for use in areas where mains power is not available. At remote sites, a diesel generator is often more economical than routing a new power line to the location.

The automatic mechanism starts the engine within seconds of a power cut and switches it off again automatically when the mains power returns. For demanding locations, the power generators can be equipped with automatic operation with synchronisation. With synchronisation, the generator can supply power in parallel to the power supply. This allows a seamless change-over in the event of a power cut, uninterrupted test runs and coverage of peak loads if some loads exceed the amperage of the main fuse.
