Valtra A Series tractors come with heavy-duty turbocharged three and four-cylinder SisuDiesel engines. These engines feature a special cylinder support that increases strength and reduces vibrations.

A new feature of the engines is air-to-air intercooling, as well as a significantly more powerful air cleaner. The engines already
surpass the Tier 3 emissions level.

All engines feature Bosch fuel injection. The induction air is electrically preheated, which ensures clean emissions and good starting in
all conditions.

The performance of the engines has been engineered for even the heaviest work. The high torque spread is even and can be felt when pulling. Oil-change intervals for the engines are 500 hours.
