Customer support
The customer support organisation operates in conjunction with the Suolahti factory. It prepares all literature related to the operation of the tractor, service, repair and spare parts, as well as the training of service personnel of distributors and importers. The share of training is substantial: some 2,500 workdays annually are dedicated to training.
The spare part centre in Suolahti delivers spare parts for all Valtra and Valmet tractors manufactured in Europe. Express orders are delivered throughout Europe to the distributor or the importer within 24 hours from the receipt of the order.
Valtra wants to be close to the customer. The customers have had a chance to develop Valtra's operations and products, for example by means of customer satisfaction enquiries. Comparative research has shown that customers of Valmet, Valtra Valmet and Valtra tractors are often more satisfied than the customers of the competing brands.
