Continuous improvement of the company’s performance and products is the shared objective for everybody involved in Valtra
Tractors (UK) Limited operations.
We are able to implement this continuous improvement by:
- Avoiding the need for repetition
- Intensifying co-operation with our partners
- Developing together a quality system that supports the long and short term goals of Valtra Tractors (UK) Limited.
The Valtra Tractors (UK) Limited quality manual outlines the procedures implemented and maintained to deliver a quality service in accordance with specified and agreed customer requirements and appropriate criteria described in BS EN ISO 9002.
The quality manual, consistent with Valtra Corporate Quality Policy, states the commitment and responsibilities of all personnel to deliver a quality service. A management review team chaired by the Managing Director reviews the effectiveness of the system on a regular basis (minimum of twice annually).
Formal procedures are available within each department to ensure that practical procedures and standards of service are implemented and maintained. Documentation is issued and up – dated in a controlled manner as detailed in the Personnel and Administration Procedures Manual.
The Management Team recognise the need for continuous training and assessment of staff, systems and procedures to maintain standards in accordance with customer requirements, encouraging staff to utilise and develop their skills in support of quality policy through the ongoing quality improvement and training
process.
